1. | When loaded, a big white block appears in the top left corner, with the label :Search".

This is because you loaded the new version in the old version folder where the watermark.ini file is retained. Since there are many changes in V6, the old watermark.ini file is not compatible with the new one. Please delete watermark.ini from the program folder and rerun the program. This usually resolves the problem immediately.

1. | The program starts with the splash screen and then loads the rest of the program. The only thing I get is an hour glass and nothing else. I can select my old watermarks and open the upper menus and even select a graphic to watermark but it never loads. I'm stumped.

This problem has been resolved by doing the following two things:

· | Delete watermark.ini from the program folder.
|
· | Backup all your watermark files in "My Documents\My watermarks" folder and delete them and run the program again.
|
If you wish to put your watermark files back, you may have to modify them because they are not compatible with PhotoWatermark Professional V6.
